Meridith Polin, a senior officer at Pew Charitable Trusts, directs the Pew fund for health and human services in Philadelphia’s evaluation capacity building initiative, which aims to accelerate the use of data for monitoring, learning, and evaluation purposes among Pew fund grantees.
